BIO

I am an experienced social scientist with a wide range of academic interests ranging from the core areas of Social Policy, notably health and social care, and extending to a wide range of local, national and comparative/international and global issues. 

 

My expertise in relation to health includes the NHS and health policy, public health from local health inequalities through to global health issues. This expertise extends to health care systems in Sweden, Germany and the USA as well as comparative social analysis.

 

I also have extensive experience in conducting systematic reviews, social gerontology and issues relating to paid work and society.
