With nine years of experience as a Primary Teacher and now working as a Lecturer in Teacher Education, she brings a wealth of practical and academic expertise to her role. Her professional journey has developed her deep understanding of how learners thrive and the teaching approaches that support their success. Driven by a commitment to enhancing educational outcomes, her PhD research employs innovative eye-tracking methodologies to explore how both adult and child learners engage with learning in traditional face-to-face and digital teaching environments.
